Slip Cases

Did you know we offer slip cases? Well, we do! And they’re a very great way to present and preserve your books. Slip cases are like open boxes, custom fit to your book (or set of books). They can be foil stamped and work for soft or hard cover projects. Below are some photos of both. First we have a small hard cover book and its case in brown linen – “Taking My Leave” by Charles Katz Jr. from a few weeks ago.

Right now we’re working on the red cases for the Round Robin books. Stamped with white foil, these cases will house all three soft cover books.

These light gray linen cases were stamped with silver and held three soft cover books containing the works of artist Leo Saal.

The Lair of the Clockwork Book

This week we have a very meta post … books about a book! From the mind of Bradley W. Schenck comes “a tale of privacy and adventure from the future that never was” – “The Lair of the Clockwork Book.” The production team really enjoyed working on this book, from the foil stamping to the classy, art deco dust jackets. You can see more of Mr. Schenck’s “thrilling tales” series right here.
